Job Summary

We are looking for an Junior Accountant whose primary responsibility will be handling day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will also assist with office administration and documentation to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities Accounts

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
- Handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Maintain office files and company documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Perform general administrative tasks assigned by management.

Eligibility
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP, GST,



TDS and MS Excel.
- Basic administration and documentation skills.

Employment TypeFull-Time
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: As per company policy

Part-Time
- Working Hours: 4 Hours DAILY
- Weekly Off: No Weekly Off

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
