Job Summary

Narasus Spinning Mills is looking for a Junior Accountant to support our Accounts team in day-to-day accounting, billing, data entry and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily accounting data entry and billing activities
- Prepare and record sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, payments and vouchers
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally Prime
- Maintain and update MS Excel reports and records
- Handle cash, bank and ledger entries
- Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents
- Assist in GST and TDS-related accounting activities
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- Assist with bank and ledger reconciliation
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Support the Senior Accountant in preparing reports and audit-related documents




- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Data entry and billing skills
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills

Eligibility
- B.Com or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting preferred
- Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge may also apply
