JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for preparing and serving fresh juices, milkshakes, mocktails, and other beverage while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and customer services
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh juices, shakes, smoothies, mocktails, and other beverage as per menu standards
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent taste and quality
- Check the freshness and quality of fruits, vegetables, milk, ice and other ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the juice counter, equipment, utensils, and work area
- Operate and maintain juicers, blenders, mixers, refrigerators and other beverage equipment
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients
- Prepare beverages quickly and accurately during peak hours
- Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team for customer orders
- Monitor stock levels, and inform the supervisor about shortages
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs
- Handle customer requests and special beverage requirements professionally
- Maintain attractive presentation and gamishing of beverages
- Follow proper closing, cleaning, and equipment maintenance procedures
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of juices, shakes, smoothies, and mocktails
- Basic knowledge of fruits, ingredients, and beverage prepartion
- Good presentation skills
- Good hygiene and cleanliness practices
- Team work and communication silk
- Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures
Qualification & Experience
- Education - Basic education/ relevent food & beverage training preferrred
- Experience - 1-3 years of experience as a Juice Maker/Juice Master in a restaurant, Hotel, cafe, or juice shop preferred
