Vacant Position : Jr Operator in OSD Block (Section Granulation and OSD Packing)

- Granulation
- Operate fluid bed processors, high shear mixers, and related granulation equipment.
- Monitor critical parameters (temperature, humidity, mixing speed) and record batch data.
- Perform inprocess checks and ensure compliance with batch manufacturing records.

- Packing
- Operate bottle, CVC, bottle, and carton packing machines.
- Ensure correct labeling, batch coding, and reconciliation of printed materials.
- Conduct line clearance and maintain hygiene in controlled environments.

Qualifications

- Education: Diploma / B.Sc. (Science) or equivalent in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Mechanical.
- Experience: 1-4 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (solid dosage forms preferred).

- Skills
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance (USFDA, MHRA, WHO).
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot pharmaceutical machinery.
- Robust documentation and attention to detail
- Primary Bottle packing ,CVC bottle line
