Lead Generation

- Research and identify potential customers from industries such as:

- Data Centres

- Telecom

- UPS &
- Power Backup

- Solar &

- Renewable Energy

- Electric Vehicle Companies &

- Battery Companies

- Infrastructure &

- Construction

- Export Market Distributors and Importers

- Build and maintain lead databases using LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other Ai based sources.

- Collect and verify contact details of decision-makers.

Customer Outreach

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Introduce the company's products and services.

- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.

- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.

Meeting Coordination

- Schedule meetings between prospective customers and the sales/business development team.

- Maintain a calendar of appointments and follow-ups.





- Send meeting confirmations and reminders.

CRM &

- Reporting

- Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.

- Prepare weekly reports on:

- Leads generated

- Calls made

- Meetings scheduled

- Follow-up activities

Must Have Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone.

- Positive internet research skills.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office + Outlook and Google Sheets.

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

- Using Ai Websites like ChatGPT, Appollo.io, Claude, Perplexity etc.

- Should be able to manage social media posts and social media pages independently
