Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java programming, object-oriented concepts, and database management. Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects, internships, or training in Java technologies are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
- Participate in software design, development, and implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work with databases to create and optimize queries.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Support application deployment and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Core Java.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Knowledge of Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.




- Understanding of JDBC and database connectivity.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Servlet, Spring MVC, or Hibernate is an added advantage.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Technology Engineering, M.Sc. in Computer Science or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).

Nice to Have

- Internship, academic projects, or certification in Java development.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Common Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Git/version control systems.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
