Role & responsibilities

Sales and Performance tracking

Monitor category wise sales across channels

Identify slow/rapid movers and coordinate actions with category managers

Track and sell through and build reports for seasonal performance

Inventory and stock management

Monitor stock health at store level

Drive sell through and optimize inventory through regular monitoring of IST (inter-store transfers), RTVs, and stock rotation

Ensure optimal stock availability and at store through fill rate tracking

Range planning and execution

Support execution of seasonal range plan with timely drops

Conduct seasonal trend and competition analysis on product mix and pricing

Curation of buying product decks basis business requirement

Inter department coordination along with category leads

Preferred candidate profile

End-to-end merchandising coordination across multiple retail channels

Data handling and reporting

Retail allocation and replenishment

Familiarity with SAP and BI tools is a plus
