Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Manual Tester to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in software testing who is eager to learn and build hands-on experience in the QA process. You will work closely with developers, senior testers, and product teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business and technical requirements for assigned projects
- Create and maintain test scenarios and test cases
- Execute test cases and report defects clearly and accurately
- Re-test fixes to ensure issues are resolved
- Assist in maintaining test documentation and updating it when requirements change
- Support test planning and execution activities




- Participate in daily stand-ups and team discussions
- Work with team members to prepare test data and ensure proper test coverage
- Help track and monitor defects using bug tracking tools
- Follow the complete software testing lifecycle with guidance from senior team members

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent knowledge)
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
- Ability to read requirements and write simple test cases
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

- Internship or training experience in software testing
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Basic understanding of web or mobile application testing
