Purpose:We are looking for an HR professional to act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our clients, managing end-to-end HR activities and payroll processes. The role involves coordination with client teams, execution of HR operations, and ensuring smooth delivery of HR services.

Responsibilities

1. Generate end to end payroll

2. Updating payroll records
3. Manage leave & time attendance through system
4. Responsible for day to day HR op’s
5. Regular progress update to the manager
6. Understands on HR practices, Compensation & Benefits & Labour Laws
7. Upkeep & execution of SOP’s as agreed with client
8. Maintain Tracker of pending work per client
9. Timely & Accurate execution of all process





Skills & Qualifications: a. 1 year of experience in HR Operations / Payroll / HRIS / HRMS preferred. b. Freshers with a relevant HR degree (MBA/PGDM/HR specialization) are welcome to apply.

c. Robust understanding of HR practices and labour laws (basic level).

d. Good communication skills and client handling ability.

e. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

f. Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
