Position: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: 003 Ground Floor, NBCC Commercial Complex, 1/15 Gomti Nagar Extension Sector-1

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and identify potential customers through calls, visits, references and online channels.

Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements and explain company products/services.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations whenever required.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Maintain regular communication with existing customers and build long-term business relationships.

Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Prepare quotations, sales proposals and other required sales documents.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups and sales activities.





Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to management.

Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution of complaints.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Perform other sales and business-development activities assigned by management.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Good convincing and interpersonal abilities.

Customer-oriented approach.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.

Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate with valuable communication skills.

Experience: Freshers can apply; prior sales experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,303.01 - ₹26,911.78 per month
