Job Purpose

Understanding of project management principles, estimation practices, and cleanroom design to support the design and estimation team in developing competitive and accurate project proposals.

Role & Responsibilities1. Project Design and Planning

- Design various commercial, pharmaceutical, and industrial projects.
- Perform heat load calculations to determine project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project specifications and requirements.

1. Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation

- Prepare detailed BOQs based on drawings and client requirements.
- Conduct quantification and estimation to determine project costs.

1. Project Cost Estimation and Tendering

- Estimate project costs accurately, considering factors such as materials, labor, and overheads.
- Participate in tendering processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

1. Coordination and Collaboration

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, marketing, execution, and purchase teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

1. Vendor Management and Negotiation

- Develop valuable vendor relationships for both technical and commercial issues.
- Negotiate with vendors on all commercial and technical aspects to ensure favorable terms.

1. Marketing Support

- Assist in marketing activities,



including pre-bid, post-bid, or negotiation meetings.
- Provide technical support to the marketing team as needed.

1. Continuous Learning and Development

- Stay updated on MEP Engineering trends and technologies.
- Continuously learn and update knowledge to enhance project execution capabilities.

Qualifications and ExperienceEducational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project engineering roles in pharmaceutical, or industrial projects.
- Experience in project design, cost estimation, and tendering.

Skills
- Design of components, layouts, and system schematics
- BOQ preparation and cost analysis
- Software proficiency (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel, estimation tools)
- Estimating costs from drawings/specifications
- Identifying project requirements and scope breakdowns
- Coordinating with internal teams (design, sales, project)
- Dealing and negotiating with vendors
- Supporting marketing and proposal development
- Staying updated with industry trends and cost fluctuations
- Taking feedback and improving processes

Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
