We are Hiring Junior Accountant for our Adyar Office

EXPERIENCE : MINIMUM 1Year Experience IN ACCOUNTING

AGE : 30 BELOW

LANGUAGE : Tamil & English

QUALIFICATION: B COM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting & Accounts Payable

- Process invoices, bills, supplier payments, and payment documentation.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documents.
- Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare accounts payable reports and payment schedules.

Financial Reporting, Cash & Banking

- Record journal entries, accruals, provisions, depreciation, and prepaid expenses.
- Maintain the General Ledger, Trial Balance, and financial records.
- Prepare cash flow reports, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Verify sales, cash, petty cash, and reimbursement transactions.
- Reconcile credit card settlements, delivery partner charges, and bank accounts.
- Monitor cash flow,



and payment obligations while supporting financial analysis.

- Reconcile general ledger accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation, records, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal financial legislation
- Knowledge of GST filing and GST compliance
- Experience in Tally or similar accounting software
