We are looking for a candidate who has appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Mains Examination with Geography as an Optional Subject and has first-hand experience of writing the Geography Mains papers.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting UPSC aspirants through Mains answer writing, evaluation, content development, and practical examination-oriented guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate UPSC Geography Mains answer copies.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback on students' answers.
- Help aspirants improve answer structure, content, presentation, and analytical approach.
- Guide students on the effective use of maps, diagrams, flowcharts, examples, and case studies.
- Analyse UPSC Geography Optional PYQs and identify significant themes and trends.
- Develop Geography Mains questions, practice assignments, and test material.
- Assist in developing UPSC-oriented Geography notes and study material.
- Integrate relevant current affairs and contemporary examples into Geography answers.




- Provide practical insights based on personal experience of writing UPSC Mains.

Candidate Requirements
- Must have appeared for UPSC Civil Services Mains with Geography as an Optional Subject.
- Strong understanding of the UPSC Geography Optional syllabus and Mains examination pattern.
- Good answer-writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to critically evaluate UPSC Mains answers.
- Strong command of geographical concepts, maps, diagrams, and contemporary examples.
- Prior experience in UPSC answer evaluation/content development will be an advantage.

Preferred Profile

Candidates who have written Geography Optional in UPSC Mains and understand the examination from a candidate's perspective will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
