Bacca Bucci is a rapid-growing Indian D2C footwear and fashion brand with a strong presence across its own website and leading e-commerce marketplaces. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Finance Executive who can independently manage core finance and accounting operations and contribute to financial reporting, taxation, and business analysis.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Executive with strong hands-on experience in accounting, GST, TDS, MIS, reconciliations, and e-commerce marketplace accounting .

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with high-volume transactions and should have the ability to independently identify discrepancies, analyse financial data, prepare MIS reports, and ensure timely compliance and month-end closure.

Prior experience in a D2C/e-commerce business is mandatory , while experience in fashion, footwear, apparel, or retail accounting will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Operations

- Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Maintain and review ledgers, vendor accounts, bank accounts, and other financial records.
- Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations .
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Support and coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities .
- Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and maintained within defined timelines.





GST & TDS Compliance
- Independently manage and coordinate GST and TDS compliance and return filing .
- Prepare and review data required for GST and TDS returns.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of GST-related transactions and input tax credit.
- Review tax-related entries, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants/auditors wherever required for taxation and compliance matters.

Hands-on experience in GST and TDS filing is mandatory. E-commerce & Marketplace Accounting

- Manage and review marketplace reconciliation and settlement reports .
- Reconcile sales, returns, cancellations, commissions, logistics charges, TCS, GST, and other marketplace deductions.
- Identify payment discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams/platforms for resolution.
- Analyse settlement statements and ensure that marketplace transactions are accurately reflected in the books.
- Work with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and other e-commerce channels .

MIS & Financial Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Analyse revenue, expenses, margins, receivables, payables, and other key financial metrics.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using advanced MS Excel .
- Provide meaningful insights from financial data to support business decision-making.




- Assist management in analysing variances between actuals, budgets, and previous periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, CA Dropout, or equivalent qualification .
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience in a D2C / e-commerce company is mandatory .
- Strong hands-on experience in GST and TDS filing and compliance .
- Strong accounting fundamentals with practical experience in reconciliations and month-end closing.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel , including:
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- SUMIF / SUMIFS
- IF formulas
- Pivot Tables
- Conditional formatting
- Data analysis and reconciliation
- Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage multiple finance activities and meet deadlines.

Preferred / Added Advantage Experience in the following areas will be an added advantage:
- E-commerce marketplace reconciliation
- Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra / Shopify accounting
- Fashion, footwear, apparel, or retail accounting
- D2C business finance operations
- Marketplace settlement and payment reconciliation
- TCS, GST, TDS and other e-commerce-related accounting processes
- High-volume transaction accounting
- Experience preparing management-level MIS

Important Prior experience in a D2C / e-commerce company is mandatory.

Hands-on experience in GST and TDS filing is mandatory.
