Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a qualified and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and occasion to recommend suitable jewelry.
- Present and explain jewelry collections, designs, gemstones, metals, pricing, and product features.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, warranties, certifications, and after-sales services.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, messages, and other appropriate channels.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database information.
- Handle billing, order processing, product reservations, exchanges, and related documentation as required.




- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewelry in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure safe and careful handling of jewelry and follow all security procedures.
- Coordinate with inventory, billing, workshop, and management teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on new collections, jewelry trends, gemstones, and product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and special sales campaigns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹55,500.00 per month
