Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced JDA SCPO or ESP Developer with strong hands-on experience in development, customization, and implementation of JDA / Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions, particularly SCPO or ESP modules. The ideal candidate should have practical development experience in JDA SCPO or ESP and be capable of working on end-to-end development, enhancements, integrations, and production support. This is a full-time position ideal for experienced professionals seeking high-impact opportunities in JDA / Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning.

- Strong hands-on experience in JDA SCPO or ESP development.
- Proven experience with JDA / Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and enterprise planning processes.
- Experience in development, customization, debugging, configuration, and enhancements within JDA SCPO or ESP.
- Experience with integrations and interfaces related to JDA SCPO or ESP and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to understand functional requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with functional consultants, business users, developers, and technical teams.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively in agile, international,



and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development & Customization:

- Develop and customize solutions using JDA SCPO or ESP based on business and functional requirements. • Perform hands-on development, configuration, enhancements, debugging, and technical solution design within JDA SCPO or ESP.
- Develop and maintain planning models, workflows, interfaces, and related SCPO or ESP components.
- Enhance existing SCPO or ESP solutions to improve functionality, scalability, and maintainability.

2. Requirement Analysis & Technical Design :

- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Work with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and solution dependencies.
- Participate in solution design discussions and recommend appropriate technical approaches within JDA SCPO or ESP.

3. Integration & Implementation:

- Develop and support integrations between JDA SCPO or ESP and other enterprise applications.
- Work with interfaces, data flows, middleware, APIs, or other integration mechanisms used across the solution landscape.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation activities including development, testing, deployment, and post production support.

4. Production Support & Optimization:

- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support for JDA SCPO or ESP solutions.
- Support defect resolution, patches, upgrades, enhancements, and post-deployment stabilization activities.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and optimization of existing SCPO or ESP solutions. • Monitor application behavior and resolve technical issues impacting planning processes or integrations.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation:

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, developers, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, configuration details, and development specifications.




- Ensure adherence to development standards, technical best practices, and project delivery processes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Hands-on development experience with JDA / Blue Yonder SCPO or ESP solutions.
- Experience with JDA SCPO or ESP development is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of supply chain planning concepts and related planning modules.
- Experience in JDA SCPO or ESP development, customization, configuration, debugging, and enhancements.
- Hands-on experience developing or maintaining integrations/interfaces for JDA SCPO or ESP.
- Ability to translate functional and business requirements into technical designs and working solutions.
- Experience supporting JDA / Blue Yonder applications in implementation and production environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and distributed teams.
