About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with a strong proficiency in React JS to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of React component architecture, hooks, state management, and lifecycle methods to create seamless user experiences.

You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate design mock-ups into functional and accessible web interfaces that meet business requirements and enhance user engagement. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that impact a global client base, leveraging the latest front-end technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in front-end development, specifically with React JS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including async/await, promises, modules, destructuring, and DOM manipulation.
- Expertise in CSS responsive design, Flexbox, Grid, CSS variables, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience implementing UX/UI changes, translating mock-ups into functional components, and ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG).




- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality React JS components and applications that are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly.
- Translate UI/UX design mock-ups into responsive, accessible, and functional web interfaces.
- Implement best practices for React component architecture, hooks, state management, and lifecycle methods to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and other data sources seamlessly.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and uphold coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
- Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
