Role: Team Lead (Java)

Qualifications:

- 6 15 years of Java programming experience

Mandatory Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with front-end technologies like Angular or React is a plus.
- Proficiency in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins & Git.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical,



and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic product workplace.

Preferred Skills:

- Kafka, JMS, and DLQ strategies.
- Jenkins pipelines, Docker basics, Kubernetes familiarity.
- API Gateways and rate limiting.
- Message schemas and contract testing (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, Pact).
- Feature flags, blue-green or canary deployments.
