Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and contemporary frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or similar. The role involves end-to-end full-stack development, architecture design, technical leadership, performance optimization, cloud deployment, and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design, develop, and optimize Microservices-based systems.
- Lead end-to-end full-stack development, covering both backend and frontend.
- Develop modern web applications using Angular, React, or similar frontend technologies.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend systems.
- Perform architecture design, scalability improvements, and performance tuning.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and design reviews.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.




- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills :

- 10+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Java
- Strong experience with Spring Boot
- Extensive experience in Microservices architecture
- Strong experience in REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with Angular / React / Vue.js or equivalent frontend technology
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
- Experience with Git and automated deployment pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms - AWS/Azure/GCP
- Strong understanding of application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization

Leadership Requirements :

- Experience as a Technical Lead / Full Stack Lead / Senior Technical Lead.
- Ability to lead development teams and provide technical direction.
- Strong experience in code reviews and engineering best practices.
- Ability to mentor and guide developers.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Redis / caching technologies
