About Position:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Java Developer to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with 0 to 4 years of experience who are eager to build scalable, cloud-ready, and enterprise-grade applications using modern Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming, Spring Boot, Microservices, and event-driven architecture.

You will work alongside experienced architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative software solutions while gaining exposure to cloud technologies, AI-enabled development practices, and enterprise modernization initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and support Microservices-based applications following modern software engineering principles.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for enterprise integrations and business applications.
- Work on event-driven application development using Kafka and messaging technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, senior developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in application design discussions and contribute to technical solution development.
- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software components.
- Write clean, reusable, and high-quality code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in peer code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution activities.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Work with Agile Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives,



and daily stand-ups.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality and test coverage.
- Support application deployment, maintenance, and production issue resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development artifacts.
- Learn and adopt modern AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and related productivity platforms.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Java, Cloud, AI, and Software Engineering.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 0 to 4 years of experience in Java development or software engineering.
- Strong understanding of Core Java concepts and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with REST API development and integration concepts.
- Understanding of Kafka and event-driven application architectures.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Maven, Git, and version control systems.
- Understanding of SQL and relational database concepts such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure is an advantage.
- Understanding of software design patterns and coding best practices.
- Knowledge of debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization techniques.
- Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn contemporary technologies including AI-assisted development, cloud computing, and enterprise application modernization.
- Understanding of code quality tools such as SonarQube is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Terraform, Camunda, Appian, Vertex AI, or Agentic AI concepts is a plus.
