Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Oracle Database development and backend application design. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using Java technologies and database-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java technologies.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support business applications.
- Work extensively with Oracle databases, including SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, packages, and performance tuning.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize application and database performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java,



Java 8/11/17.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
- Proficiency in developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Knowledge of messaging tools like Kafka, JMS, or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
