Janaseva Centre Executive – Online Services

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Janaseva Centre Executive to handle PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) applications and other online/public service-related activities. Candidates with experience in Akshaya Centre, Janaseva Kendra, CSC, e-Seva Centre, or similar service centres are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customers and understand their service requirements.

Process Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) applications and related services.

Handle various online and public service applications.

Collect, verify, and maintain customer documents.

Submit online applications accurately through relevant portals.

Track application status and provide updates to customers.

Download, print, scan, and manage certificates and other documents.

Maintain proper records of applications and completed services.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality while handling customer information and documents.





Perform other office and customer service duties as assigned by the management.

Required Skills:

Good customer-handling and communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online portals.

Ability to handle document verification and online applications accurately.

Valuable knowledge of MS Office, email, scanning, printing, and basic computer operations.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requests.

Preferred Experience: Experience in any of the following is preferred:

Akshaya Centre

Janaseva Kendra

CSC / Common Service Centre e-Seva Centre

Similar online/public service centres

Education: Plus Two / Degree preferred

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
