Lead I Software Engineer is accountable for driving software development initiatives, creating scalable technical solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
- Evaluate business needs and convert them into effective technical implementations.
- Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications and systems.
- Conduct code reviews while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Work closely with product owners, solution architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

We are seeking a Java / Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and managing applications within cloud environments. The role requires identifying the most suitable solutions and building cloud-native applications that are scalable, effective, and reliable.

What You'll Do

- Develop approaches that enable cost-efficient delivery of reliable and highly scalable systems.
- Review current implementations, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements.
- Establish a comprehensive strategy covering transformation governance, automation, security, implementation, and operational processes.
- Assess existing application and IT service landscapes, define migration, transformation, and automation strategies, and create implementation roadmaps.




- Contribute thought leadership and innovative perspectives on technology solutions.
- Present and communicate ideas effectively through written documentation and architectural diagrams.
- Offer technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

What Experience You Need

- Proven experience in software development, cloud technologies, and enterprise application delivery.
- Strong expertise in Java and Full Stack development.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting cloud-native applications.
- Ability to evaluate existing systems and recommend scalable modernization approaches.
- Proven capability to guide technical transformation initiatives and automation strategies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring developers and supporting team growth.
