Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate IVF Counsellor to guide patients and couples through their fertility treatment journey and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients and couples regarding IVF, IUI and other fertility treatments.
- Explain treatment procedures, timelines, packages and related requirements clearly.
- Address patient queries and provide appropriate guidance throughout the treatment journey.
- Coordinate with IVF Doctors, Embryologists and Clinical Teams.
- Conduct regular patient follow-ups and maintain patient records.
- Build strong relationships with patients and ensure effective communication.
- Assist in patient conversion and follow-up for IVF treatment.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive conversations professionally.

Education Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Psychology, Counselling, Healthcare Management or related fields will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in IVF / Fertility / Healthcare Counselling will be preferred.
