We are looking for a Sales Specialist – IV Therapy & Glutathione who can understand customer requirements, explain our IV therapy offerings, and drive package sales while maintaining a consultative and professional approach.

About the Role The role involves selling IV therapy packages, including IV Glutathione Therapy, at-home wellness and other IV-based services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining therapy packages, addressing basic queries, and converting qualified leads into bookings.

This is a target-oriented role, but the focus is on quality conversations, customer education, follow-ups, and conversions rather than high-pressure selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads and customer enquiries for IV therapy and glutathione packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant packages based on available service offerings.
- Explain IV therapy, glutathione therapy, package inclusions, pricing, process, and at-home service experience to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp to drive conversions.
- Maintain a strong lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper CRM records,



lead status, follow-up details, and conversion data.
- Coordinate with the medical/operations team for successful service delivery and bookings.
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat package purchases where appropriate.
- Handle customer questions professionally and escalate medical or clinical queries to the appropriate medical team.
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, dermatology, or home healthcare.
- Candidates with prior experience selling IV therapy, IV Glutathione, vitamin IVs, wellness packages, or similar at-home healthcare services will be strongly preferred.
- Healthcare background such as B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing, B.Pharm, allied healthcare, healthcare management, or similar would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of Glutathione and IV therapy concepts and the ability to explain them in simple customer-friendly language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused, confident, and qualified communication style.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
