- ITI – Fitter / Mechanical Trade from a recognized institute.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Fresh ITI candidates may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform mechanical fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance activities.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and mechanical diagrams.
- Perform drilling, cutting, grinding, filing, tapping, and other fitting operations.
- Assemble and dismantle mechanical components and equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments effectively.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as required.
- Identify mechanical issues and support troubleshooting and repair.




- Check dimensions and alignment using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned work.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of mechanical fitting and basic maintenance.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good discipline and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Experience:

- 0–3 years of experience in fitting, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or maintenance.
- Freshers with ITI Fitter qualification can apply.
