Job Purpose:

Responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair activities for plant machinery and equipment.

Educational Qualification:

- ITI Fitter Passout
- NCTVT certification preferred/required

Experience:

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance

Preferred Location:

- Ulhasnagar

Salary:

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Carry out grinding, turning and other fitting-related maintenance work.
2. Handle breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
3. Attend to maintenance requirements across all plant areas.
4. Identify, troubleshoot and rectify faults in machines and equipment.
5. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs.
6.



Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 3–4 years of relevant experience in plant/factory maintenance.
2. ITI Fitter qualification with NCTVT certification.
3. Hands-on experience with power presses, grinding machines, material handling equipment, compressors, etc.
4. Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work effectively with the maintenance and plant teams.
6. Willingness to work across different plant areas as required.
