Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and internet connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security.
- Perform routine system updates, antivirus monitoring, and data backups.
- Maintain IT inventory including computers, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of office IT equipment such as projectors, scanners, and communication systems.
- Document technical issues and maintain service logs for IT support activities.
- Handle SAP related works ( Purchase request, RFQ, PO generation, payment process)
