Job Summary The IT Trainer is responsible for planning and delivering practical computer and information technology training to students, employees, or trainees. The trainer will provide classroom and hands-on instruction, assess learners' progress, assist with technical queries, and ensure that training objectives are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on basic and advanced computer applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Train learners in areas such as MS Office, Internet, email, computer fundamentals, and other relevant IT applications.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to improve learners' technical skills.
- Assess students' learning through tests, assignments, practical exercises, and evaluations.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and progress of trainees and maintain proper records.
- Identify learners who require additional support and provide individual guidance when necessary.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Keep training content updated according to current technology and industry requirements.
- Assist learners with basic troubleshooting and technical issues during practical sessions.
- Coordinate with the management and training team regarding course schedules, assessments, and learner progress.
- Prepare regular training and performance reports.




- Support workshops, seminars, digital-awareness programs, and other institutional activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience as an IT Trainer, Computer Instructor, Faculty Member, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with strong computer knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.
