About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior IT Systems & Automation Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and modernizing our internal IT environment, with a focus on building AI agents and automations that streamline and enhance internal business processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT systems, a strong background in endpoint security, and hands-on experience with automation scripting, particularly in Python. You will be responsible for strengthening our Microsoft ecosystem, managing security policies, and implementing innovative automation solutions that improve operational efficiency. This role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and capable of understanding complex systems end-to-end, enabling quick adoption of new tools and technologies to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving enterprise AI landscape.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure administration. Proven expertise in managing Microsoft 365 applications, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Microsoft Defender,



and Windows endpoint management is essential.

Strong scripting skills in Python are mandatory, along with a good working knowledge of other programming or scripting languages. Candidates should demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, a high degree of ownership, and meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are also critical.

Prior experience with AI automation platforms such as Moveworks, ServiceNow, or similar is advantageous but not mandatory, provided there is a willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI agents using platforms like Claude and ChatGPT to automate and optimize internal business workflows.
- Create and maintain API-based integrations between various internal applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee identity lifecycle management, access controls, governance policies, and security protocols to safeguard organizational data and resources.
- Manage Microsoft Intune for device provisioning, configuration, compliance enforcement, and lifecycle management of endpoint devices.
- Implement and oversee endpoint security measures, including Microsoft Defender policies, threat response, and maintaining a robust security posture across all devices.
- Handle provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management of Windows-based laptops and desktops, ensuring they are secure and up-to-date.




- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently, managing software and hardware provisioning requests from end-users.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and other scripting tools to automate repetitive tasks and reporting workflows.
- Design and implement API integrations to connect internal systems, enhancing automation capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate, test, and deploy new AI tools and automation solutions tailored for internal use, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Assist with system monitoring, reporting, analytics, and performance insights to optimize IT operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, IT asset inventories, and operational best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
