About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Systems & Automation Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and modernizing our internal IT infrastructure while spearheading the development of AI agents and automation workflows that optimize internal business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, with a strong focus on automation, security, and integration.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI platforms like Moveworks, ChatGPT, and Claude, and to contribute directly to the evolution of our technological capabilities. The Senior IT Admin will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our Microsoft ecosystem, implementing automation solutions, and maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment that aligns with our strategic goals.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure management, with a proven track record of managing enterprise environments. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, Entra ID (Azure AD),



Intune, and Windows endpoint management is essential. Proficiency in Python scripting for automation purposes is mandatory, along with familiarity with other programming languages.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, analytical thinking, and a quick learning curve for new tools and technologies. Effective communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a strong ownership mindset are critical for success in this role. Prior experience with AI automation platforms, such as Moveworks or ServiceNow, is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and other automation tools to streamline internal workflows.
- Create API-based integrations between various internal business applications to enhance operational efficiency.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes, access controls, governance policies, and security protocols to safeguard organizational data.
- Oversee Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance enforcement, and endpoint security.
- Implement and maintain endpoint security measures, including Microsoft Defender policies, threat response, and compliance across all devices.
- Handle provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management of Windows-based laptops and other endpoints.
- Address software and hardware provisioning requests, troubleshoot IT issues, and provide end-user support.




- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and other scripting tools to automate repetitive tasks and reporting workflows.
- Build API integrations to connect various internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational consistency.
- Manage and optimize Zoho applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms as needed.
- Evaluate, select, and implement AI tools and automation solutions to improve internal processes and productivity.
- Support reporting, analytics, system monitoring, and performance analysis to ensure optimal IT operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, asset tracking, and adherence to operational best practices to ensure system integrity and compliance.
