Will be responsible for managing and supporting the company’s end-to-end IT operations, including hardware, software, user access, IT infrastructure, networking, communication systems, security systems, and technical support.

Ensure that all employees are provided with the required IT assets, systems, software, and access to perform their roles efficiently. The position will also be responsible for maintaining IT assets, coordinating with external vendors/service providers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s overall IT workplace.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software troubleshooting.
2. Good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and common business applications.
3. Basic to good knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, LAN, and internet connectivity.
4. Experience in laptop/desktop configuration and troubleshooting.
5. Knowledge of printers, scanners, biometric systems, and CCTV systems.
6. Good understanding of IT asset management.
7. Ability to install, configure,



update, and troubleshoot software and applications.
8. Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
9. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
10. Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to provide technical support to employees with different levels of technical knowledge.
12. Ability to prioritize multiple IT requests and work under time-sensitive situations.
13. Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

1. Bachelor's/Diploma qualification in **Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Electronics, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in IT support, IT administration, desktop support, or a similar role.
3. Experience managing IT infrastructure and supporting multiple users will be an advantage.
4. Experience in vendor coordination and IT asset management is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
