Role Description This full-time, on-site IT Support Specialist role is based at the Chennai office and focuses on providing day-to-day technical support to employees and operational teams. The IT Support Specialist will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop computers, manage user accounts and permissions, and support core information technology systems used in logistics operations.

Responsibilities include responding to help desk requests, troubleshooting network connectivity and application problems, installing and configuring IT equipment,



and maintaining accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions. The role also involves coordinating with external vendors when required, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring minimal downtime for critical business systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to handle user inquiries and service requests efficiently.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Troubleshooting and Desktop Computers to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Information Technology to support systems, networks, and business applications.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in an IT support or help desk role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or similar operational environments.
- Good communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with non-technical users.
- Basic understanding of network concepts, operating systems (Windows), and standard office productivity tools.
