Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Support Executive role based in Noida. The IT Support Executive will provide technical support to internal teams, handle user queries, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting system and application problems, managing user accounts and permissions, and maintaining IT assets and documentation. The role also involves monitoring network performance, assisting in routine backups and updates,



and coordinating with vendors or senior IT staff when necessary. The IT Support Executive will work closely with different departments to ensure smooth IT operations and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for hardware, software, and user-related issues.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and basic IT Operations to support secure and secure infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Information Technology concepts, systems, and tools relevant to a corporate environment.
- Relevant skills such as familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments, basic server and router configuration, and ticketing or helpdesk systems are beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are required.
- A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with prior experience in IT support or a similar role, is preferred.
