IT Support Engineer | 1–2 Years Experience

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT support, hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
- Maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPN, and basic firewall configuration.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Install Windows OS, drivers, software, and system applications.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and service records.
- Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for technical issues and repairs.
- Support new employee IT setup and basic network/security requirements.

Required Skills:

TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows Troubleshooting, LAN/WAN, Networking Devices, Basic Firewall Knowledge, Hardware Support, and IT Troubleshooting.

Qualification: BCA / B.Sc. IT / B.Sc. CS / B.E. / B.Tech. IT/CS or related field.

Experience: 1–2 years in IT Support, Hardware Support, or Networking.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
