Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cybersecurity, email systems and IT assets. The role requires strong hands-on technical knowledge along with vendor and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, network infrastructure and connectivity.
- Configure, monitor and maintain firewalls, network security and access controls.
- Manage servers, server room, backups, UPS and system uptime.
- Handle desktops, laptops, printers and other IT hardware, including installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Manage IT hardware procurement and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and records.
- Manage Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, including email creation, deactivation, user access and permissions.
- Coordinate AMC, repairs, IT vendors and external service providers.
- Supervise IT support staff and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure data backup, system availability, cybersecurity and IT operational continuity.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Network Administration, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi-Fi.
- Hands-on experience with Firewall and Network Security.




- Good knowledge of Windows Server / Server Administration and backup systems.
- Experience in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and IT asset management skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, access control and data protection practices.
- Good vendor management, procurement and AMC coordination skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage IT operations independently and support multiple users.

Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 10–12 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a corporate/industrial environment.
- Should be willing to handle hands-on IT infrastructure and troubleshooting when required.
- Experience managing IT vendors and support teams will be an advantage.
- Valuable English communication and documentation skills.
- Candidates who can join at short notice may be preferred.
