RED Global is looking for an

Operations Coordinator to support the Global Operations Service Lead in managing day-to-day IT service operations across the Legal & Compliance and REWAM application portfolios.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Monitor AMS operations, incidents, requests, problems, and changes.

- Track SLA, KPI, service performance, risks, and action items.

- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and service review materials.

- Support governance meetings, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.

- Coordinate with vendors, AMS teams, and key stakeholders.

- Maintain service documentation, application inventory, and knowledge repositories.

- Support resource onboarding/offboarding and project transition activities.

Skills and Experience:

- 2–5 years in

IT Operations, ITSM, Service Delivery, PMO, or Operational Coordination

.

- Understanding of

ITIL processes

– Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.





- Experience with

SLA/KPI tracking and operational reporting

.

- Experience coordinating

AMS teams, vendors, and stakeholders

.

- Familiarity with

ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

.

- Strong communication, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills.

- Soft skills: structured, process oriented, able to navigate a complex workplace
- operational governance, service management coordination, service monitoring, process mapping.
