What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Source for both complex (Niche) and standard (Vanilla) IT skills.
- Drive hiring for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (1-6 years).
- Prior experience with C2H hiring is mandatory.
- Must be able to join immediately.
Compensation:
- 1 - 3 Years Exp: 3.5 LPA to 5.0 LPA
- 3 - 6 Years Exp: 5.0 LPA to 6.5 LPA
