We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join Infoplus Technologies UK/Europe recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases, and screen them for suitability against client requirements..
- Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in IT recruitment/sourcing.
- Strong communication and candidate sourcing skills.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for sourcing.
- Positive understanding of IT roles and technical skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred
- Experience in UK/European IT recruitment is an advantage.
