Requirements/Skills
- Understanding of end-to-end IT recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Basic knowledge of hiring for various IT technologies and roles
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster
- Ability to source resumes through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Willingness to coordinate with hiring managers and learn to understand technical requirements
- Assist in conducting initial HR screening and follow-up with candidates
- Strong database management and candidate tracking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work within deadlines
- Eagerness to learn negotiation and offer-closure techniques
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and solid networking ability
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English
