Location: Coimbatore Onsite

Experience: 0-4 Years

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Notice Period: less than 15days preferred

We are looking for motivated and experienced IT Recruiters / Senior IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Handle C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the recruitment process.




- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.

Additional Responsibilities Senior IT Recruiter

- Handle and guide a team of recruiters.
- Monitor team performance and recruitment targets.
- Distribute requirements and track the progress of team members.
- Support recruiters in sourcing, screening, and closing challenging positions.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of candidates to clients.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Computer Science / IT educational background is preferred.
- MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
