Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT with a strong background in IT recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for various IT positions at the Head Office and across PAN India locations.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of the IT talent market and hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring technical professionals across different levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across Head Office and PAN India locations.
- Understand technical requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, salary expectations, and role requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/management interviews.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Handle hiring for profiles such as Software Developers, Frontend/Backend Developers, Full Stack Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Analysts, IT Support, UI/UX, and other IT roles.




- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and interview panels.
- Negotiate salary and support the offer and joining process.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, interview status, and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track joining status and follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for frequently required IT positions.
- Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and availability of technical talent.

Required Experience

- 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in hiring for IT/Technical profiles is mandatory.
- Experience in handling multiple IT positions simultaneously.
- PAN India recruitment experience will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
