We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented Freshers to join our growing team in Jaipur for a US Shift Process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day activities related to the assigned US Shift Process.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, customers, or business stakeholders as required.
- Understand and follow established processes, workflows, and company guidelines.
- Perform assigned tasks accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper records, documentation, and process-related information.
- Respond to queries and resolve routine issues with appropriate guidance.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Meet individual and team productivity and quality expectations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate senior team member when required.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and continuous learning activities.
- Adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies as required.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude throughout the workday.

Candidate RequirementsEducation
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience may also apply.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Working Details Work Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Work Mode: Work from Office (Night Shift)

Shift: 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM

Working Days: 5 days a week

Weekly Off: 2 days, as per business requirements/schedule

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
