We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Recruit for IT and Non-IT roles across various industries.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring preferred.
- Robust sourcing, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Target-oriented and able to handle multiple requirements.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kolkata, West Bengal
