Job Summary The IT Manager leads the organization's technology department. You will manage our IT infrastructure, computer networks, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Your goal is to keep our systems secure, rapid, and reliable.

An IT manager ensures that production floors, supply chains, and enterprise networks run securely, continuously, and without costly downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Operations

- Manage servers, cloud environments, data storage, and hardware assets.
- Ensure high availability and uptime for all core business systems.
- Plan and execute IT disaster recovery and data backup strategies.

Networking

- Design, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and Wi-Fi.
- Monitor network security, firewalls, and data access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues quickly.

ERP Management

- Oversee the daily performance and support of the corporate ERP system (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and user access controls.
- Work with department heads to optimize ERP workflows and reporting.

Team Leadership & Strategy

- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the internal IT support team.
- Manage vendor relationships, software licenses, and IT hardware procurement.
- Prepare and manage the annual IT department budget.

Core Operational Roles

- Infrastructure & Plant Floor Support:



Maintains reliable local area networks (LAN/WAN), servers, and user hardware that connect enterprise offices directly to factory-floor machinery.
- ERP & Business Systems Management: Oversees core enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to track raw materials, production schedules, and product shipments.
- Operational Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Implements structured data backups and quick-response protocols to prevent unexpected line stoppages.
- Surveillance & Physical Security: Monitors integrated plant systems like CCTV networks and facility access controls.

Strategic & Compliance Roles

- Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Deploys robust firewall protections and conducts regular security audits to protect proprietary designs and operational data.
- Regulatory Compliance: Aligns IT systems with strict industry manufacturing standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or FDA guidelines for specialized sectors like pharmaceuticals.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Evaluates third-party software vendors, negotiates service contracts, and manages the annual IT department budget.
- Team Leadership & Strategy:



Directs technical staff and builds long-term technology roadmaps that scale with factory output.

Candidate Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of experience in IT Management, IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Systems, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Servers, Hardware, and Software Management.
- Experience in managing and supporting ERP systems.
- Knowledge of IT security, data backup, disaster recovery, and system administration.
- Experience in vendor management, software licensing, and IT hardware procurement.
- Robust leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
