We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Manager to manage daily IT operations, coordinate technology projects, and maintain robust relationships with clients. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to understand requirements, ensure smooth project execution, and deliver quality technology solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day IT operations and technology-related activities.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular project updates.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal technical teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and overall progress.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and other teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and technical or operational issues.
- Monitor project quality and ensure timely delivery according to client expectations.
- Identify operational challenges and coordinate with teams to resolve them effectively.
- Maintain project documentation, reports,



and client communication records.
- Improve IT processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Support client onboarding, project implementation, and post-project support.
- Stay updated with new technologies and recommend suitable solutions for business needs.
