Role Description This is a full time, on-site IT Infrastructure Manager role based in Mumbai. The IT Infrastructure Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of core IT systems, including servers, networks, storage, and related hardware and software. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, ensuring high availability, managing backups and disaster recovery, and coordinating with vendors and service providers.

The role will also involve enforcing security policies, managing user access, leading troubleshooting efforts for infrastructure-related issues, and guiding the IT operations team to support business continuity.



The IT Infrastructure Manager will collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align infrastructure standards with corporate requirements and support ongoing and new project needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, with experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including firewall management, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and security best practices.
- Candidates should possess System Administration skills for Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and storage systems.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure, performance, and connectivity issues.
- Relevant experience in managing on-site IT infrastructure in large organizations or industrial/project-based environments.
- Knowledge of cloud services, backup and recovery solutions, and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is beneficial.
- Strong stakeholder communication, vendor management, and team leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Security+) are an advantage.
