About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Operations Specialist to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing local IT operations, ensuring seamless endpoint management, employee support, and infrastructure maintenance. Your expertise will support MHP’s commitment to delivering reliable and innovative IT services that enable our employees and clients to operate efficiently.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a global organization, collaborating with international teams to implement and support cutting-edge technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional IT support.

Qualifications

- 4 to 6 years of experience in IT operations, preferably within a multinational corporate environment.
- Proficiency in managing Windows, macOS, and iOS endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
- Strong understanding of network connectivity, VPN, firewall configurations,



and security protocols.
- Experience supporting collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing systems.
- Excellent vendor management and procurement skills, with the ability to coordinate device allocation, repairs, and asset documentation.
- Ability to monitor system alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and manage escalations efficiently.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT projects, global IT initiatives, and follow-the-sun support operations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred, with flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee local IT operations, including endpoint management, employee onboarding and offboarding, and asset lifecycle management.
- Administer and support Windows, macOS, and iOS devices using Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, ensuring compliance and security.
- Collaborate with global network and security teams to resolve VPN, firewall, FortiClient, and Zscaler connectivity issues, maintaining optimal network performance.
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing systems, and other collaboration technologies to facilitate seamless communication.
- Coordinate IT procurement activities, engage with vendors, manage device allocations, repairs, replacements, and maintain accurate asset documentation.
- Monitor system alerts,



resolve incidents promptly, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure high service availability and reliability.
- Support follow-the-sun operational model, participate in enterprise-wide IT project rollouts, and implement global IT initiatives locally.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, assets, and incidents to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance IT service delivery.
