- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and guest experience goals
- Manage and oversee all IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations across the property
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the IT department team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols, data protection, and regulatory compliance across all systems and operations
- Manage IT budget, capital expenditures, and vendor relationships to optimize cost-effectiveness and service delivery
- Oversee guest-facing technology systems and digital experiences to enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime




- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and deliver innovative solutions
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT infrastructure and recommend improvements
- Manage IT procurement, licensing, and asset management processes
- Ensure staff onboarding and training on new systems and technology tools

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior IT leadership or IT Director role
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations in a hospitality or large enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, data protection regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS), and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in IT budget management, financial planning, and vendor relationship management
- Experience developing and implementing IT strategy aligned with business objectives
- Proficiency with enterprise-level systems, cloud technologies, and network infrastructure
- Strong understanding of guest-facing technology systems and digital experience platforms.
