About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support marketing activities for both our IT business and Convention Hall business.

The role involves lead generation, client communication, digital marketing, business development, follow-ups, and field marketing.

Key Responsibilities

? IT Business Marketing

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, social media, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Identify and research potential corporate clients.
- Contact prospects and introduce our IT products and services.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the internal team.
- Assist with company profiles, presentations, marketing materials, and campaigns.
- Research potential business opportunities, tenders, and RFPs.

?️ Convention Hall Marketing

- Generate enquiries for weddings, receptions,



corporate events, conferences, and other functions.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Follow up with prospects and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate venue visits with prospective clients.
- Develop relationships with event planners, wedding planners, companies, and vendors.
- Conduct local marketing activities in Bangalore and Doddaballapur.
- Support social media promotions and digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

- 6 months – 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field marketing.
- Must know how to ride a two-wheeler.
- Valid two-wheeler Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Proactive, presentable, hardworking, and target-oriented.
